01/02/2024 Left Chicago Midway bright and early on a 5:30 AM flight to Miami. Arrived safely into Miami at 9:30 AM ahead of schedule. We were able to finish the movie we were watching while on the plane while we waited for our friend John to pick us up. Stopped at the dive shop on the way back to the boat. Picked up a flotation jacket to float while snorkeling. I went to the boat while Matt drove John back to Big Pine Key so we could use his car. We went to Boondocks for dinner and caught my first sunset in awhile. 01/03/2024 - 01/05/2024 Not really doing much these days, since we are docked in Marathon until January 27th. We play pickle-ball in the morning. Go to the grocery store - where the roosters are hanging out in the parking lots. Rooster are a staple of the keys. Catching some sunsets.
